The municipal court of Miami is committed to excellence in providing fair, accessible, and timely resolution of alleged violations of the Miami Municipal Code of Ordinances in an atmosphere of respect for the public, employees and other government agencies.

Goals and Objectives:
The municipal court of Miami is a contributing partner working toward a safe and vital community. The judiciary shall, in a fair, accessible, effective and efficient manner, resolve disputes arising under the law; and shall interpret and apply the law consistently, impartially and independently to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Statutes of Oklahoma and Constitution of the United States.
